Pencil on Canson Bristol vellum paper 14 x 18 Sold
"Three's A Bond" is the final in my "Three's" Series ("Three's A Team" and "Three's A Crowd"). This piece depicts three quarterhorses (two sorrels and a light buckskin) nose to nose. It is not uncommon to see a pair or small groups of horses gravitate to each other, being social animals that they are; no hierarchy, just seeking companionship. Received 1st Place at the Clackamas County Fair (2019)
